| After taking my truck to a repair shop in hapeville (benefield automotive) and being told i needed an engine 8,000. i had my vehicle towed to Covington automotive. They repaired my truck the price was 6,000 cheaper and they got my truck up and running within days. Thanks guys!!!! Great customer service. |

| I was broken down on the road Friday after Thanksgiving Day 2018. I was able to leave my vehicle at the CARS shop. Key and a note in the Dropbox! First thing Monday I received a call from Ryan. He was friendly and professional, giving me confidence right away. The Team was excellent! Diagnosed the issues promptly and stayed with it until the repairs were complete. I was so very pleased with their work, communication and perseverance. When I returned to pick up my car, I found the Staff and Mechanics to be personable, well informed and yet "Down to earth" good folks. I live 2 hours from the shop but if I lived near Covington, CARS would do all my mechanic work. Thanks for treating an out of town Buckeye fan so well! |

| I would refer anyone to Covington Auto Repair. I?m new to the state of Georgia as well as to the area of Covington. My car started giving me problems and I prayed I would find the right auto repair facility that I could trust. Sometimes it?s hard being a Lady because sometimes men at some of these auto places try to get over on you. But not them!! Their very trustworthy. Integrity means a lot to me!!! | I've only used you guys a couple of times over the years, but each time worked out just fine. Last time was putting a fuel pump in the gas tank of an Excursion. They got finished a day sooner than they said they would. As it turned out, I absolutely had to have the car that night and it had to work right the first time. Everything went great. | I have had my car in for repair and have sent many folks to CARS!! I think one of their biggest plus's is that Randy, David and their staff knows what they are doing!!! They don't just guess what is wrong they know want the problem is and they fix it. They don't repairs that don't need to be done like some other shops in town do!!!! You need to try them, they WILL FIX The Problem not hit or miss. No body works on my Cars but CARS - Covington Automotive Repair Service. | I was in a jam 36 miles from home and vehicle would not start I googled a repair shop in Covinton and picked this one since it was close by. they sent a tow truck and took my vehicle to covington Auto Repair Shop. After about 30 minutes the diagnosis was bad fuel pump. i needed the van back that day and they went to work on it and in about 3 hrs. I was on my way. The people was friendly and courtious and I would definately use this shop again if needed. I just want to thank them for working with me to get me going. Art |
