CARS was very professional and quoted me a labor fee but when it didn't take them as long to fix it my cost was less that what was quoted. You don't find that in a lot of automotive business. I have recommended your shop to anyone who tells me they are having an issue with their car, to date; 5 people thus far |

| Ryan, service manager, is always efficient, professional, knowledgeable. He's also a good listener. He works with me, a senior on fixed income to schedule what I can get fixed now and then next fix later. I always have to leave my car but they usually get it worked on faster than expected. They also use jeep Mopar parts. I wish I could give them more business. A+ business. |

| Best place in town to take your car. These guys are awesome. They know what they're doing and they are really good, honest folks. You can totally trust them. My husband and I both take our cars to them. This last time, my check engine light was on and they found the issue but it came on again a few days later and they worked on the car for two days to resolve the issue and didn't even charge us. They are super solid and incredibly trustworthy. Thanks, CARS! You're the best. |

| I am so happy with the repairs Covington Automotive performed on my car. My AC was not working and was blowing hot air. Covington Automotive had my AC fixed in a half an hour blowing very cold ? air. The cost to fix my AC was just a little over $100 which I was happy to pay. I was told elsewhere in VA that it would be $1500 to fix my AC. I would definitely recommend Covington Automotive and they will be my new go to for all my car repairs.
